After you purchase a Smart Living Pass, we start to work together in creating the floorplan (or bring your own), site plan and budget. Then we sign the contract to proceed to the next step
Stage 2
Every Smart Living Home is built according to your local building guidelines. After we finalize the floor plan, elevation and site plan drawings, we give you everything to submit it to all necessary engineering and building departments.
Stage 3
While your site is being prepared, we manufacture your house off-site in our facility.
Stage 4
We deliver your modular home to the site, where your contractor and his/her team await to Easy Connect™ it in about a week for larger homes, about two days for ADUs.
Stage 5
Your dream home, investment property or ADU is ready to be moved in to or sold for a high ROI.
